Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026. Last updated: October 2, 2026.
Engram Kinetics is operated by Axiom Learning Systems LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use engramkinetics.com and our courses, why we collect it, where it is stored, who can see it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted. Questions: admin@engramkinetics.com.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account and your courses. Nothing is collected for advertising.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we have added no advertising trackers to the site.
- The database that holds your progress contains neither your name nor your email address.
- You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export or delete your data.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and password, entered when you create an account. Your password is handled by our platform provider; we never see it.
- Course data: the courses you have access to, your progress, your answers and scores in lessons, drills and practice exams, and when you use them.
- Purchase data: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure form; we never see your full card number.
- Messages: what you write to us by email.
- Technical data: browser, device and pages visited, collected by our platform provider to run and secure the site.
We do not ask for health information. The clinical and coaching scenarios in our courses are fictional.
2. Why we use it
- To give you access to the courses you bought or received, and to keep your progress.
- To show you your own scores and progress dashboard.
- To improve the courses. We look at answers in aggregate to find questions that are unclear, too easy or wrongly keyed. This is quality control, not research: no individual is studied, and nothing about you is published.
- To answer your messages and handle refunds.
- To send you emails about your account and purchases. We send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we make no automated decisions that affect you.
3. Who processes your data for us
- LearnWorlds hosts the website and the courses, including your account and course data. LearnWorlds has told us that our school and its database are hosted in the United States. LearnWorlds operates from the European Union, and some data may be accessed from there to provide the service and support. LearnWorlds uses its own sub-processors, listed in its Data Processing Addendum (learnworlds.com/dpa), including Google Cloud for hosting and Mixpanel for usage analytics.
- Supabase, hosted by Amazon Web Services in the eastern United States, stores the progress shown in your dashboard, so that you can see it on any device. This database identifies you only by a technical code derived from your platform account. It holds neither your name nor your email address.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Infomaniak, a Swiss company, hosts our email.
- We use AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to help us maintain the platform. When we do, we limit what they can see to technical codes and group figures. They never receive names, email addresses or payment data.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
4. Data kept on your device
Our learning modules save your progress and scores in your browser's local storage, so that you can resume where you stopped. This data stays on your device until you clear it. Our Cookie Policy gives the details.
5. Access through a school program
Some schools give their students free access with a program code. When you enter such a code, we ask for your consent to include your activity and scores, without your name, in group figures shared with your program. If you decline, you keep your access and are not counted.
Your school receives no names, no email addresses and no individual scores: only group reports. With fewer than ten students, these reports give figures for the whole group only. We receive no student records from your school. Students who join through a school program receive no marketing emails from us.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and course data: as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it, with your progress data, within 30 days.
- Your membership in a school program group: removed within 60 days after the program's final report. Your own account and progress stay.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Emails: as long as needed to handle your request and keep our records.
Copies held in our providers' backups are deleted on their own schedule.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy, or to delete it, by writing to admin@engramkinetics.com. We answer within 30 days, and we may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights (for example in California, in Colorado or in the European Union). We honor them through the same address.
8. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our admin tools is limited to the people who run Engram Kinetics. The database that holds your progress contains neither your name nor your email address. If a security incident affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay. When the students of a school program are affected, we also tell the program within 72 hours.
9. Age
Our courses are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account (see our Terms of Service). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We post any change on this page with a new date. When a change is significant, we tell registered users by email.
