Decision-Training for Exercise Physiology Certifications
Three certifications. One methodology. We don't replicate textbooks — we train the clinical decisions candidates are expected to make from those textbooks.
Exercise Physiologist

Rolling out 2026: 12 Advanced Masterclasses
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
ACSM-CEP®
Clinical decision-training for hospital and rehabilitation settings. Advanced ECG, pharmacology, cardiac rehab, and exercise prescription across cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, and neuromuscular populations.
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
CSEP-CEP™
Decision-training for the Canadian certification. All CSEP-CEP core competencies with Canadian protocols, guidelines, and assessment frameworks — from healthy populations to chronic conditions.
ACSM-EP® — Full Curriculum
Five courses. Four exam domains. One integrated preparation system.
Health & Fitness Assessment
Master the screening, testing, and interpretation decisions that form the foundation of exercise physiology practice. From pre-participation clearance through cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal, and body composition assessment.
No prerequisites. The foundational lessons build the physiology knowledge needed for the Engrams.
Exercise Prescription & Programming
The largest exam domain. Prescribe exercise across the FITT framework, manage progression and regression, and adapt programs for special populations and clinical conditions including cardiovascular, pulmonary, metabolic, and musculoskeletal disease.
Course 1 (Health & Fitness Assessment) recommended. Many Engrams build on the testing and interpretation skills from Domain I.
Exercise Counseling & Behavioral Strategies
The human side of exercise physiology. Behavior change models, motivational interviewing, adherence strategies, and the critical skill of knowing when to refer.
None required. Can be taken in parallel with Courses 1–2. Some Engrams reference clinical conditions from Course 2.
Risk Management & Professional Responsibilities
The smallest domain by weight — but the one where a single wrong answer can end a career. Scope of practice, risk management, emergency procedures, and the legal framework every EP must operate within.
None required. Recommended early — scope of practice and emergency procedures apply across all domains.
Integration & Exam Prep
Where everything comes together. A diagnostic pre-test to identify your gaps, integrated clinical scenarios that cross domain boundaries, case studies, rapid-fire drills, full-length mock exams, and advanced masterclasses.
Courses 1–4 recommended before starting integration materials. The Diagnostic Pre-Test can be taken first to guide your study plan.
